A) Clean complex

1 x Power clean + 1 x Hang power clean
Then with 70-80 % of the weight
3 sets of: 3 x TNG Hang power clean
Rest 1-2 min between sets
b) Box squat
5 sets of 6 reps Box squats
Rest 2-3 min between sets
Comment: Do some warm up sets and then use the same weight for the 5 sets. RIR 2. RIR= Reps in reserve (performed with a weight where you can do 2 more reps before failure).
c) Double unders + Single crossovers
