The program is for those who want to improve as a scaled athlete without scaling down exercises and weights compared to other advanced programs.
In the program, you will go through a combination of weightlifting, strength training, gymnastics skills, and workouts.
This program focuses on simple gymnastics skills.
Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of specific warm-up for the day's program
Main part: 60-90 minutes. This part can include weightlifting, strength training, gymnastics skills, and a WOD.
4 training sessions, one of which includes a slightly longer team WOD. This team WOD can also be done individually.
For each training session, there will be a specific warm-up for the exercises of the day and links to various exercises, so there is no doubt about how to perform them.
