5 Sync. Clusters @25/35 Intermediate: @30/45 RX: @35/50
80 Single unders/50 Double unders (each, but one partner at a time)
40 Push ups (split anyhow)

Into

3 rounds of

10 Sync. Hang power clean
3 Wall walks (each, but one partner at a time)
6 Strict (banded) pull ups/4 Pull overs (split anyhow) 

Into

3 rounds of

12 Sync. Power jerk
12 Knee raises/knees to elbows/Toes to bar (each, but one partner at a time)
40 cal Row (split anyhow)

Comment: Each, but one partner at a time=one partner completes all the reps before the other partner does his/her reps.
