10 x Ring rows

Workout of the week can be done as a teamWOD or individually. You decide.

Team Murph - For time

1600 meter run (Both)
100 pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Air Squats
1600 meter run (Both)

*RX: wear a weight vest @6/9 kg
