Warm up

10 x Shoulder taps 
10 x cal Machine (steady tempo)
10 x Jumping squat
10 x Double DB push press (light weight)
10 x Pull aparts (banded)


Workout of the week can be done as a teamWOD or individually. You decide.

TeamWOD - In teams of 2 

AMRAP 32

20 Burpee box jump overs
30 Ring rows/Pull ups/Chest to bar
400 m run with D-ball (both partners) @15/25 Intermediate: @25/35 RX: @35/50
30 KB OH squats @8/16 Intermediate: @12/20 RX: @16/24 
20 Single unders/Single crossovers (both partners)

Comment: Run with D-ball= you decide if one partner is going to run all 400 m with D-ball or if you are changing partners during the 400 m.
