12 Sync. Double KB Lunges (farmer hold)

Comment: Alternating Burpee Shuttle run = Alternate every rep between partners. Start by doing a burpee and then a shuttle run.
Alternating wall balls = Use the same wall ball and alternate every rep between partners.
