5 x Hang Muscle clean 
5 x Squat cleans
5 x Front squats
5 x Strict press

A) Clean complex

E2MOM 12

1 x Hang Power Clean + 1 x TNG Power Clean + 1 x Hang Power Clean

Comment: TNG = Touch and go. Do some warm up sets and then build up in weight over the EMOM.

Then with the same weight

EMOM 4

2 x Power Clean

b) DB Z Press

E2MOM 8

8 reps DB Z Press 

Comment: Use the same weight in all 4 sets.
