400 single unders/200 Double unders + 1000 m ski erg (split reps as you like)

8 Double DB deadlift @2x12,5/17,5, intermediate: @2x15/22,5 RX: 2x17,5/25
6 Double DB hang power clean
4 Double DB burpee step over

20 Wall walks

Comment: In the first part, do a whole round before switching partners. Try to go unbroken on the DB exercises. In the next part, divide the reps as you like.
