Warm up

AMRAP 5 - slow pace

2 x Burpees
4 x Ground to overhead with Wall ball
6 x Easy ring rows
8 x Lunges with Wall ball


Workout of the week can be done as a teamWOD or individually. You decide.

TeamWOD

2 rounds for time (share as you like)

1 km ski
2 km row
3 km bike

*E5MOM: 10 sync. burpees / 20 sync. Atomic sit ups/V-ups

Buy out:

2 km Run (both)

TC: 58

Comment: Share the 2 rounds on the machines as you like. Every 5 min do either sync. Burpees or sync. Atomic sit ups/V-ups (alternate between). Start the workout with burpees. In the end run 2 km together.

Individual WOD

1 round for time
