8 x Lunges
6 x Ground to overhead med vægtskive
4 x Down ups

Dagens workout er mulig at lave som teamWOD eller individuelt. Du bestemmer.

AMRAP 40
5-10-15-20-25….

Pike push ups/HSPU
Synkrone ring rows/Pull ups/Chest to bar
Meter BB overhead walking lunges  @20/30, intermediate: @30/40, RX: 35/50
Synkrone Burpees over bar
Cal assault bike
Synkrone knee raises/knees to elbows/T2B

Kommentar: Øvelserne der ikke skal udføres synkront, må deles, som I vil. Gentagelserne stiger med 5 hver runde, indtil de 40 min er gået.
