MuscleFit Program is a fitness plan created by experienced coaches with science and health backgrounds. It focuses on strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning, offering personalized coaching and progress tracking through an app. Suitable for all levels.

About Us

MuscleFit Program is developed by Annika Aunstrup Olsen & Maria Buk Jørgensen.
WHO ARE WE?

We both have a master in Science and health and work as personal trainers.

This ensures that we have the right knowledge and experience in training and in the practice of structuring training programs, that is required to develop a training program.

We both started doing crossfit in 2017 and have competed in multiple competitions througout the years.

My favorite exercises are Strict Press and Toes to Bar. And my least favorite exercises are Burpees and Pistols.

My favorite exercises are back squat and clean, and my least favorite exercise are without a doubt the Assault bike.
