10 x Goodmornings to squat 

2 rounds

8 x Alternating squat thoracic rotation 
8 x Pull aparts w. band

2 rounds with a barbell

5 x Deadlift
5 x Muscle cleans from hip (high elbows) 
5 x Power cleans
5 x Squat cleans

A) Clean

EMOM 10

2 x hang power clean

Comment: Build up in weight over the EMOM.

b) Handstand walk

Use 10 min to find your max variation of handstand walk

Comment: Do a variation of handstand walk; handstand hold against wall / handstand walk into wall / handstand walk, and find your max (time / distance).

c) Gorilla row & Banded straight arm pull down
