WHY CHOOSE BOX PROGRAMMING FROM MUSCLEFIT PROGRAM?

We know that many (especially newcomers) primarily attend group classes. Partly because there are many unfamiliar exercises, and because it's motivating to train alongside others.

STRUCTURED TRAINING

We believe that everyone, whether a beginner or experienced, attending group classes or Open gym, needs structure and progression in their training.

If your box is part of Team MuscleFit, there is the possibility for us to come to you and hold workshops and/or group training sessions at an advantageous price.

customized PROGRAMMING

The programming can be customized for your box based on different preferences (such as weightlifting and/or gymnastics classes) or limited equipment.

What do you get?

We can initially offer (customizable to your needs and preferences):
1

1 x WOD (60 min) 5 times a week

This session includes an A-section with strength training/weightlifting/gymnastics, followed by a B-section consisting of a workout.
2

1 Endurance Session (60 minutes) 5 times a week

This session includes a longer workout focusing on elevating the heart rate for an extended period
3

A training cycle of 5 weeks

Specific focal points (strength/weightlifting/gymnastics) are worked on for 5-week periods at a time
4

Free and non-binding

Opportunity to try our group programming for free for one week
5

Warm-up

For each session, there will be a specific warm-up tailored to the workout

All levels are included

The training is programmed for all levels (Scaled, Intermediate, and RX). There are different weights and, in some cases, different exercises
