Opvarmning

3 RUNDER MED TOM VÆGTSTANG

5 x Snatch dødløft
5 x Muscle snatch fra hæng
5 x Overhead squat
5 x Pres fra nakken med snatch greb

Brug ca 2 min på rotation + stræk af håndled

A) Snatch

E2MOM 14

1 x power snatch + 1 x hang squat snatch

Kommentar: Byg op i vægt undervejs.

3 sæt af 10 gentagelser

Hold 90 sek. pause mellem sæt

C) WOD

4 runder af: 3 min på/1 min pause

1: 22/28 cal bike + ME v-ups
2: 22/28 cal assault bike + ME wall walks
3: 22/28 cal roning + ME T2B
4: 22/28 cal ski + ME burpees to ski (lav en burpee og hop op på skimaskinen)

Totale tid: 15 min
Kommentar: Hver runde køres i 3 min. Indimellem runderne holdes 1 min pause.
ME = max effort - udfør så mange gentagelser du kan nå i den resterende tid

D) Accessory

3 runder:

8 x Skulder udadrotation (til hver arm) 
6 x Bottoms up KB press (til hver arm)
