Warm up

5 x Hindu stretch 
20 sec Hollow hold
20 sec Arch hold
5 x Shuttle runs
10 x Box step ups
5 x Burpees


Workout of the week can be done as a teamWOD or individually. You decide.

TeamWOD - Teams of 2

3 Rounds for time

21 Sync. BB/DB Thrusters (one with BB and one with DB)
300 Single unders / 200 Double unders
21 Sync. BB/DB Power cleans (one with BB and one with DB)
40 Cal Assault bike
21 Sync. Burpee over bar
6 Wall Walks
21 Sync. Knee raises/knees to elbows/Toes to bar
200+200 meter Run (200 meter run each but not together)

TC: 50

BB: @30/45 Intermediate: @35/50 RX: @40/60
DB: @2x12,5/17,5 Intermediate: @2x15/22,5 RX: @2x17,5/25

Comment: Share Single/Double unders, Assalut bike and wall walks as you like. Run 200 meter each but not together.
One partner using BB and one using DB for thrusters and power cleans. Switch as you like.

Individual WOD

21 BB/DB Thrusters (Alternate between BB and DB in the rounds)
150 Single unders / 100 Double unders
21 BB/DB Power cleans (Alternate between BB and DB in the rounds)
20 Cal Assault bike
21 Burpee over bar
3 Wall Walks
21 Knee raises/knees to elbows/Toes to bar
200 meter Run

BB: @30/45 Intermediate: @35/50 RX: @40/60
DB: @2x12,5/17,5 Intermediate: @2x15/22,5 RX: @2x17,5/25

Comment: Alternate between BB and DB in the 3 rounds. You decide if you want to go two rounds with BB or DB.
